2018-19 ThinkEnergy Fellowship Application

ThinkEnergy is an innovative, student-centric program focused on experimental learning for both undergraduates and graduate students. It exposes students to a wide variety of energy topics including technology, policy, entrepreneurship, and research. We believe the skills our students develop through this program will help them become leaders in whatever fields they choose to pursue.

ThinkEnergy connects students with faculty, industry professionals, entrepreneurs, investors, and government officials. It often gives students an opportunity to operate outside of their comfort zones, developing competencies that are dissimilar to what they learn in their courses. Past students have built solar installations, launched startups, published policy reports, led research projects, sold clean energy credits, repaired wind turbines, attended Department of Energy (DOE) conferences, and completed a variety of energy-related internships.

The Great Lakes Energy Institute is pleased to open the application process for our 2018-19 ThinkEnergy Fellowship Program.

Full-time students from all academic programs are encouraged to apply. Students who are planning to graduate before August of 2019 should not apply. More information is available here.

Interested students should apply here by midnight on Thursday, April 19th. Interviews will take place the week of April 23. Please email Mark Haberbusch, msh@case.edu, with any questions about the program.
