Boundary Labs Wins at Allegheny Cleantech UP Competition!

The Great Lakes Energy Institute is proud to announce that Boundary Laboratories, a new startup company at Case Western Reserve University took third place and won $5,000 at the Allegheny Region Cleantech University Prize (CUP) Collegiate Competition that was held April 6th at the Carnegie Mellon University as part of CMU Energy Week.  The team also won an additional $2,500 for building the best prototype.  Boundary Labs was formed through the ThinkEnergy Fellows Program and consists of members Prince Ghosh (Founder), Nihar Chhatiawala, Alejandro Owenaquino, Lucas Fridman, and Amit Kumar.  The team is eligible to compete in the national competition that will take place June 27-28 at Rice University in Houston.
