Alexandra Schwertner

Allie Schwertner works as an Advanced Energy Business Development Manager for Rockwell Automation in Cleveland, Ohio, with a focus on Power & Energy, Food & Beverage, and the Chemical industry. Allie works with companies to help improve manufacturing productivity and global competitiveness by capitalizing on the Industrial Internet of Things. As it relates to Power & Energy, she works with manufacturers to reduce energy consumption by leveraging renewable energy and Rockwell solutions targeted to optimize building manufacturing processes and utilities. She also leads Micro Grid sales pursuits to integrate data from desperate sources and visualize in meaningful ways for different stakeholders.

Schwertner believes in the power of connecting and bringing people together to accelerate change. Her curiosity, challenging status-quo, social selling capabilities, strategic relationship building, and passion for helping customers were all part of the reason she was awarded the 2017 Rookie of the Year in North America for Rockwell. She’s also been noted for one of the most inspiring quotes of 2017 in a global publication magazine, Plant Services. In addition, Allie was chosen to be a technical presenter at the national 2017 Master Brewers Association of America on the topic of creating a strategy to optimize your brewery. Schwertner graduated from The Ohio State University in 2016 with her degree in Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering.
