The Impact & Importance of the Natural Gas Vehicle

The use of natural gas as a transportation fuel is growing.  The US natural gas supply is the largest in the world and recent technological advances have provided access to resources previously out of reach.  As a transportation fuel, natural gas is clean, cost-effective and environmentally friendly.

Industry support and government incentives have fueled the natural gas vehicle industry in recent years.  In his talk, Bob Lukefahr will provide insight on what is involved in building and running a natural gas vehicle conversion and fueling system business.

Carol Battershell will provide and introduction to the talk based on her work at the Department of Energy around advanced technology vehicles.
