Mr. Busch has over 35 years of broad based management experience in energy, with responsibilities ranging from international strategic energy consulting to having been president of the company providing all strategic, financial, and support services for PSE&G, one of the largest electric and gas utilities in the U.S. Mr. Busch was the CFO of two major U.S. utilities, leading the financing of the first major unregulated power company in the United States. He is an expert in providing strategic analysis of the continuing transition of the electric utility industry from a regulated to competitive environment.
